Orders written at Surf Expo confirm against the February 15 ship date. Production runs 90 days from PO. The October 15 cutoff clears the Chinese New Year shutdown on February 6, 2027. Orders placed after the cutoff ship on a rolling basis and cannot be guaranteed for spring set.

Payment terms
Net 30 on approved credit. First orders prepay or credit card.
Freight
Free Freight Allowance on orders of $1,000 or more. Allowance is forfeited and freight charged back if the invoice is paid outside terms.

No returns without prior written authorization. Defects reported within 14 days of receipt.
